Temporary Worker Class: issued to foreign workers to engage in a paid work activity and are authorized to enter and to remain in Canada for a limited period to fill temporary labor and skill shortages, when qualified Canadian citizens or permanent residents are not available or for business reasons under the international mobility program, and most cases temporary residents who work in Canada require a work permit. The working class is divided into four categories:
- Temporary Foreign Worker Program-TFWP
- International Mobility Program- IMP
- Post-Graduation Work Permit Program– PGWPP
- Trades Agreement
