Parents and Grandparents: As part of Canada’s commitment in helping new immigrants to reunite with their families, this sponsorship program will pave the way for new immigrants to bring their parents and grandparents to Canada permanently .The “Randomized Selection intake Management” process is used once a year as selection criteria, under which the govt selects the application to meet a pre determined number of targets under this class of targeted applications.
Eligibility criteria required by Canada Immigration are as follows:
- PR or Canadian citizen
- At least 18 years
- Residing in Canada (with a few exceptions)
- File an application to sponsor a member of the family class
- Meeting and catering the needs of LICO requirements
