The MO that is being used is, connects the potential clients to the website link of the genuine RCIC’s and claim that the RCIC’s have a valid employment offer or LMIA for Candidates seeking employment in Canada and asking to respond to their email’s (note that email is not genuine) by sending out Job offer followed by an interview process, appointment letter from some reputed companies operating in Canada under the name of prospective clients along with ESDC issued LMIA’s with client’s name appearing on the LMIA document forged by fraudsters and clients when encountered with such offers coming from our website address using our RCIC license, Please double–check our contact appearing on our website both email and our telephone number, and we highly recommend never to remit any amount to acknowledge those fraudulent requests.
How to verify the authenticity of RCIC’s business?
Go to the ICCRC website and find the RCIC genuine information. If not the same, please contact the number or email appearing on the website to report the fraud and thus preventing from becoming a victim to fraudulent activity

The process of LMIA’s is three-step one, first, the employer advertises for the position in Canada looking for Citizens and PR’s to fill the position, upon not getting the right candidate.
