We are glad to announce today that our client’s spouse and child successfully secured SOWP and Study Permit respectively. This was a complete circle of the application process, wherein first, we undertook the LMIA approval for our client and subsequent work permit approval. Our client had his minor daughter in Canada at that point in time, studying in a high school as an international student paying the international student tuition fee; we helped convert her status to dependent visa status. This was possible due to the minor’s father’s LMIA-based work permit. Then we filed an application for Spousal Open Work Permit for his wife and a study permit application for their minor son, for which we got the passport request today. We kept our promise to our client that we would ensure they all would reunite in Canada as a family, and we were successful in keeping our commitment to helping the family to reunite. We Wish our clients the best in Canada and thank them as a family for entrusting us with the enormously responsible tasks of filing LMIA, Employer-based work permit, Spousal Open Work Permit and Study permit application for two of their minor children
