The results are out from the first day of processing the allotted 90000 application that IRCC has announced through its TR to PR pathway. Readers must keep in mind that IRCC has kept November 5th, 2021 as the deadline for the closure of this TR to PR public policy, and it is on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The numbers allotted for Health Care and Essential non-healthcare workers stream have a long way to go to get to the targeted figure of 50000 combined only 5470 application were submitted.
This shows the huge gap between health care workers and other essential non-healthcare workers in Canada. The scenario is likely to lead to more programs targeting qualified health care workers with foreign experience to come to Canada to fill the vacuum currently existing in the health care sector.
